I had a rhinoplasty almost a year and a half ago. The surgery went really well and recovery was wonderful. Recently I've been having a little bit of a hard time with my breathing ( not blaming it on the surgery) and would like some insight or advice. I called and they gave me an appointment on Zoom. Dr Doumit never sent me the link for the meeting. Never bothered canceling or rescheduling the appointment. Next day I call and they book me after a week and same thing, didn't bother to call me and reschedule or cancel the appointment. I understand that we are in complicated times right now but as a Dr. who did my surgery and would like to keep your clients please show that you care about our satisfaction and concern.

Dr. Doumit took the time to give me all the explanations, put me at ease on the day of the operation and gave me all the tips I needed for a speedy recovery. I am very happy with my decision of doing my breast surgery with Dr Doumit and the results of my surgery are more than what I was expecting!
