I had a fantastic experience with them and especially their tax expert, Shannon Williams. She was extremely helpful in explaining my situation and all the details to me. We had few phone calls (she is very punctual, if she tells you she calls at a specific time, she would, so check your phone right at that time) and I signed few online forms and everything had been taken care of easily. I am very happy with the result and I would definitely ask her for the next year taxes as well.
