INCA is a superb organization for the visually impaired. The staff are extremely dedicated and take the time necessary to guide the visually impaired to the products and programs that are of benefit to them. I want to especially thank Mazen Karim and Stephen Ricci who were exemplary kindness and patience in purchasing the orcam camera for my mother.
