Martin Dion L'Inspecteur Inc

This inspector was highly recommended to me by a friend to whom mr. Dion has avoided buying problematic homes on two occasions. I used his services for the inspection of a potential purchase as well and found this inspector to really live up to the recommendations I had. Very thorough and caring. He really took the time to go around the whole exterior and interior properly, got into the attic as well. He had advised me before the inspection that it was a fixed rate and that he was taking the necessary time. The inspection lasted about 3 hours and he took the time on each floor to ask me if I had any questions for anything. I also found him to be very attentive and sensitive to the seller owners. As for the 23-page report that I received (therefore 17 pages of text), an extremely well written report, very detailed and even well beyond my expectations. Oh! and the price was also very fair for the amount of work it put in. In short, we are able to make a very informed choice and without unpleasant surprises thanks to mr. Dion. In conclusion, I highly recommend it myself. :)
