I chose to come to Lachance on the basis of reviews and I could not be moll re pleased. I was fitted with hearing aids but had some trouble adjusting to them. No problem. They let me come back several times until I was perfectly satisfied. Lachance provides professional and efficient service with a courteous, friendly client centred approach. It was a great pleasure to deal with every member of the Lachance staff. I am sincerely thankful for their service and my hearing aids, which have already made a most positive impact on my life. In the 30 plus years I have been going to Mark & Lachance (now Lachance & Co.) I don’t have a single complaint or negative thing to say about them, just the opposite, from my very first visit they made me welcome, the staff is helpful and caring and Celine is fantastic, she goes out of her way to help in anyway she can and I am very, very grateful. My experience has been exceptional from the beginning, they are highly qualified and probably the best in audiology and hearing aid service, I highly recommend them without hesitation.
