I was looking for a nice gift for a friend’s pet. Had no idea what to buy. Elia and his team were so helpful and patient with me. They were knowledgeable and took me around the store to show me potential gift items. Amazing selection of quality accessories and treats for all kinds of pets. Thank you guys!!! This is the greatest store for my dogs, cats , rabbits , parrot , budgies and hamster ( have i left anyone out ?? ) . Always courteous, smiling , friendly and ready to help . I have been going since they opened a years ago . Elia ( the owner ) and Chantel his amazing side kick always go out of their way to make each visit a happy and memorable one !!
We spend about $500 a-month and it is well worth it . I would not spend that sort of money anywhere else . Its a shame to see the review underneath as that staff member was new and maybe over compensating a little to try and be as helpful as possible but instead gave off the wrong impression purely by accident . Truly a great place and now they even do grooming . Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukah. 😊🎄🎄🎅🎅🎅

My pup drags me to the store all the time and is quite upset when they're closed. Love the staff there; they're super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this shop for the variety of food and products they offer.

I have only had good experiences going in this store, the owner Elia and his employee Chantal are very friendly, professional and showed great care for every details of my dog's allergic situation!

The space around the store is also being used very well and it surely was designed with care for the costumer's (& their pet's!) experience!
THIS particularity made it a fantastic location for me to go and train with one of my clients' dog! I would 100% recommend and tell people to take their dog for a little extra fun walk at the same time!
