This is their new location. They used to be on Sherbrooke and have many good reviews. I came in Mar 2019 to try out a consultation and the treatments. Dr. Anita was spot on and have 30 years of experience. She could observe things about me that no one else knew. I’ve been to many naturopaths in my life so I know how to spot a good one when I see one. Love the Abyanga & Shirodara.

Manu and his family are knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. My massage was incredible, I’ll be back to visit next time I’m in Montreal!

Wow. What a welcoming introduction. Both the owners are open, warm, and straight-forward. I had the initial consultation, then massage, followed by the Shirodhara. I have never felt such warm relaxation in my life before. The treatment room was very calm and peaceful. And the herbs in the oils smelt so good! The oil was very refreshing too. It's all catered to you specifically. I am very grateful to having had the chance to experience this whole package; I've never had an experience like this before. Such a wonderful environment. And the tea is delicious.
