Holiday Inn & Suites Pointe-Claire Montreal Airport

Decent option to stay near the airport. They offer shuttles to airport but you will need to reserve the spot first. Usually Holidays inn offer breakfast buffet but this one it seems like you’ll need to pay extra for breakfast. Our flight was way too early for that, so it does not affect us at all. I would’ve been annoyed if I had to pay for the breakfast tho. Otherwise, everything was good.

First time to this one. Really surprised by how upscale this one is as the outside seems older but it is very upscale. IHG status parking is too small for this place and I suspect a lot of cars were probably not even IHG status holders like usual.

Rooms are clean and very well kept up and the restaurant seems very nice even if I did not try it out.

Staff was nice and reception from them seemed good.

The beds are honestly amazing. Like seriously. Best night's sleep in a long time. Our keys didn't work originally so we had to go back down. The housekeepers are nice but the Marquis restaurant is awful. Slowest service and the wait staff just idles.

Charity event that went on longer than meant to and hotel staff was so accommodating before and during clean up. Really nice staff. And the bar in the hotel was so clean and bartender was super sweet, there were 0 delays. She was talkative but not overly and was very quick! I didnt like the look of the manager at the bar, he looked very harsh but I luckily didnt have to deal with him.

What can I say... it's a Holiday Inn! Not too bad if you need to be in the neighborhood like I had to be for work. The room was clean and the restaurant was okay. All the staff were very friendly so that was a plus. You can see the mall across the highway but getting there is difficult if you don't have a car. The IGA and Shopper's are within walking distance so that is a plus!
