I found Kim to be very professional. She is an understanding and thoughtful trainer. Great communications skills, great personal training techniques. I felt better, more flexible and stronger as my sessions went on with Kim. Her attention to details and personality made such a difference not only learning and getting results but also making my workouts with Kim fun. Highly Recommended.

Kim concentrates on whole body strength training and what I especially like is the attention she provides to always making sure I am doing each exercise correctly so as not to injure myself. Moreover, Kim always reminds me about my posture and muscle contractions (shoulders down & back, abs tight, pelvic floor lifted) while I exercise, specifically asking me to focus and tighten the particular muscle group as I strengthen it.
Kim is always positive even if I am not on some days (which is exactly the kind of trainer and mentor I need) while I am reshaping my body. Kim definitely keeps me motivated and I am thankful for that. The definition I am now seeing with my body (shoulders, arms, thighs, rear etc.) is also a great motivator!
Kim not only trains me but also continues to educate me on safe, effective and sustainable exercise methods. She is very personable in her approach, which makes every session enjoyable. The quality I most value with Kim is her passion for what she does and the genuine sincerity she displays in guiding and motivating me to continue along a healthy path and reach my fitness goals.

Kim McKay is a down to earth, motivating and caring fitness professional who guides you, supports you and always encourages you to do your best. I am so happy to be back working out with her by my side, knowing she is watching my every move. I felt very intimidated and out of place at our first meeting at the gym; it had been over 10 years that I set foot in a gym and had had 2 kids during that time. Within minutes, Kim had me laughing and at ease ready to get moving. My first workout was brutal and an eye opener on my endurance and stength but I felt mentally energized (and physically completely exhausted) went I left. She also ensured I knew what to expect in the coming days and gave me stretching homework to minimise the soreness. I cannot recommend her enough. So happy our paths have crossed again.
Kim McKay is a great personal trainer! Aside from having a pleasant and easy going personality, she is a true role model and professional. Kim knows her business well, and always manages to motivate me, even when I struggle to find the motivation within myself.
