  I received physical therapy at your facility to heal a low back pain.My physiotherapist was Miss Thuy-Dan Ho and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is professional,caring has excellent people skills and really fantastic at her job. Her treatments are targeted and productive.
  
  The professional atmosfere,cleanless and attentiveness of the staff I came in contact with at Physiotherapie Universelle provided a wonderful experience.

  Was treated by Florence and Thuy-dan, they provided excellent service both were very accurate with the 'diagnosis' during the evaluation and only took about 3 treatments for me to start feeling better with my hip and shoulder pain. Definitely recommend this clinic.

  I have been with Universal since June 2018, I had physio service at home with a very professional therapist, after 2 months continue with them in there center in Pointe-Claire. I could not able to move at beginning but now I am able to walk slowly, they are the best, the Physiotherapist & Ergoterapyst helped me mentally & physically & each time I leave this center I feel much much better with lots of hope to get well soon & continue my normal life before my accident. God bless them.

  Sustained a neck injury from soccer and been going here for a while now! Staff is super nice and accommodating! Highly suggest my physiotherapist, Florence! She asked all the right questions and took all of my pain away!! She takes serious care of her patients! 10/10 go see her! Highly recommend, she’s the best!!
