Great timing but only if you have an appointment.

This SAAQ center is constantly a better experience. The staff is polite and efficient, and the service is reasonably fast

This saaq office is hidden under the CAA banner, but the stuff is very nice and efficient. If you made an appointment on the website, there is no waiting time to conduct your stuff, like taking pictures for drivers license renewal and medicard renewal. Very very very important to make appointment on line(through only in French, but you would guess it out), otherwise you have to wait in line, sometimes outside the office, as there is space limitations because of the pandemic. I spent almost 2 hours in the cold, without entering the office at Sources Boulevard, without appointment, and when near the entrance, a paper notice inside the window saying "no service available today, come back tomorrow or make appointment on line". Learned a big lesson 🙃.
