(May 7, 2020, 12:22 pm)The customer service I received from Sam in Montreal was above and beyond. My old heat pump died in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic and I had a new Senville unit less than a week later at a fair price. It works great and I love the wifi! I will definitely be buying a Senville when my second unit needs to be replaced.
(December 14, 2017, 6:51 pm)Excellent quiet unit, I forget it's there sometimes! Impeccable climate control. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Electrician who installed my unit assured me that any problem if so will be taken care of same as sales rep I spoke to. 6 months since installation, unit has been set on auto since and no problems handling 30° or -30°! Almost forgot, very competitive pricing too!!
