(December 2, 2016, 1:10 am)Philippe did all the transfer of files from our old computer to the new one. He also set up all the software I needed to be immediately functional. He quickly found keys on the manufacturing sites to reinstall software like Autodesk. Philippe is very well equipped and even makes remote troubleshooting when necessary. He is reliable and responds quickly to distress calls. It's reassuring to be able to rely on him in case of problems, especially when using his personal computer for work. Finally someone really competent who offers support on site.
