Need more drivers maybe? also, they didnt open their store for pick-up orders. Common! get with the program! we don't even need masks in regular stores anymore!
People giving bad reviews for long wait for purchased items, LOOK AT SHIPPING DELAYS! Because of COVID, there are plenty of backorders on a lot of articles.
(March 14, 2022, 4:26 pm)Having misplaced the simple yet handy users guide, upon changing the batteries in my Optrel e680 weld helmet, I was unable to get the shade to darken again. A single query to TenaQuip and my helmet was back to work for me, following the initial startup sequence offered in the PDF version of the users guide that was emailed.
In today's world their service and support network deserves 10 diamonds not just 5 stars.
