My experience here was fine. That is saying something because the service used to be outstanding. While I overall had a pleasant and relatively helpful experience it seemed the 2 staff members were more interested in doing other work than providing customer service. In the past I have been asked to walk and run barefoot so they can make a recommendation of shoes. This time they just asked me (and another elderly gentlemen who came in the store). what we bought previously. They didn't appear interested in offering the same level of customer service I had come to expect from this store.

Absolutely amazing place. Staff is very knowledgeable. Stores should learn from them how to help their customers. Went in on my lunch hour guy at the cash was amazing

Knowledgeable staff. Lots of dales so you can get a quality running shoe at a respectable price.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff... Their clinics range from "Learn to Run" to "Marathon training"... You like to run, walk, meet new, interesting people, that is where you should go...
And, yes, there is such a thing as "Learning" to run...

Best service, the manager Cindy always takes her time with her clients to make sure they get the best shoes for their running style! She has saved my feet! The running club is a great community and you're always greeted with a smile by the employees!
