(March 10, 2021, 12:10 am)By flying over the area, we guess that there is a lot of activity. I believe the company is doing its best to control dust, but there are still challenges to overcome. In any event, for the economic health of Quebec, this company must reconcile the need to export and import while respecting air quality.

(April 17, 2020, 2:51 am)I believe my great great great great grandfather was stationed here in 1776. There would have been an American artillery emplacement and a guard house with 1m thick stone walls that was constantly targeted by artillery on the walls of Quebec. He would have been able to watch artillery exchanges between Quebec and the Americans at Point Levis from here. In his diary he referred to the place as "the passage battery" and "Bonpoir Ferry", probably the anglophone spelling of Beauport. He would have come up through Maine with Arnold in 1775.
