Light in the garage never and change. My broken mosquito net has been awaiting repair since August. Melanin on account made me even because they never came. For the last phases 2-3 no parking for visitors, parking lots taken by tenants which remains at ground level. The problem for 6 years. In addition a tenant of phase 1 comes to put his BMW convertible in our visitor parking lot with a canvas on it.
