I highly recommend the services of Logica, building inspection! I had a professional and fast service! The appointment was made quickly, Logica was able to find a time that suited both my needs and that of the seller in a very short time given that I only had 7 days to complete the inspection. The inspector took the time to listen to my needs and advise me throughout the process. This is my first purchase and I felt confident as soon as I made the appointment. During the inspection day, Logica was able to establish a bond of trust with both me and the tenant who was there to accompany us during the inspection. I asked several questions and the inspector took the time to answer me and explain in detail all the important points concerning the building. Following the inspection, I received a detailed report (with supporting photo and explanation) summarizing all the points observed as well as those requiring immediate attention. I have only good comments on Logica's services and I will do business with them for my next purchase. Rest assured that you are confident with them, they have your satisfaction at heart!
