Lafrance Ventilation

Purchased in 2017. Some installation problem. Then problem in 2020 we call multiple times over 1 week, and we leave 2 voice messages. No call back.
Extremely disappointed so bad review now. I'll change him if he ever calls back.

Note: We received a call, awaiting development.

Note 2: We had the visit. After the meeting all is well and they were able to confirm some very important things for the sale of the house.

I would like to clarify a few things, we understand that covid makes things more difficult and in your case, several people at home due to teleworking therefore overload of work etc ... but just wanted to be kept informed. I very much appreciate that you called back and despite everything, gave excellent service.

Regarding the cleaning of a wall mounted air conditioning system (heat pump), I recommend to do it every year, if not every two years ... The mushrooms and mold, it proliferates quickly and it's not nice :( to see ...
As for Lafrance who makes the contracts under the banner HydroKleen, it gives an excellent service. The manager who is with us, works with courtesy and respect. Concise and clean work, no damage in the immediate environment of the air conditioner.
