Pavage SD

My grandfather hired a contractor to redo his driveway, costing over $ 30,000. The contractor did business with Pavage SD as a sub-contractor for the paving work. In the weeks following the execution of the work, my grandfather contacted Mr. Serge Desmeules, owner of the company, to tell him that the water from his entrance was not flowing adequately to the drain and that it accumulated in certain places on the asphalt. The latter politely asked him for the possibility of corrective measures being made. Ms. Desmeules denied everything and responded aggressively to my grandfather never to contact him again, otherwise he would send him a formal notice and file a harassment complaint. The latter showed no openness to ensure the satisfaction of my grandfather.

With that, I am attaching you some photos attesting to the problem.

*** UPDATE***
Following my comment and the response from Mr. Desmeule, I contacted the latter to validate the possibility that my grandfather could benefit from a correction to the asphalting work as he mentioned having done it for another client in his remark. The latter was receptive and committed to come and make the corrections next spring. At this time, I am reviewing the rating to 3 stars and it will be reviewed again when the fixes are made.

I am satisfied for the moment because the job was done on October 7, 2021. I will see next spring if my rating is still 5 stars.
