Difficult to rate. View is amazing, service was good, but the food was just aggressively OK. I'd best describe it as excellent accouterments with lousy cuts of various meats. Not terrible, just not worth the asking price. I think I would've rather come up for a cup of coffee and a croissant than a whole meal.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view. The restaurant is rotating - you should be able to do a full circle during one dinner.
Food is pretty expensive there but the quality is superb, worth every penny!
Very professional service. We went there for our anniversary and we got a free dessert as a suprise, nice touch.

Rotating restaurant is a very nice experience with a great view. Menu is perfect: not too much choices and for every taste (vegetarian, fish and meat options). Beautiful presentation of the plates and it’s delicious. Waiter was amazing. Put that in your to do list when you visit Quebec City!

Best complete meal I've had in a long time. Service was excellent and the food amazing. The venison tartar is a must try, it will blow you away.

It's fine dining and the price is high, but the portion and quality are worth it.
