We spent two hours on bikes today and cycled over 26K up to the Quebec Bridge and back.

Very friendly and helpful staff!

The bikes are a little tired and mine definitely leaned quite a bit to one side but our choices for bikes with larger seats was very limited so we went with the town bikes. Since the bike path is fairly flat, 7 gears was all we needed.

A bit pricey for a bike share quality bike at $17 each for 2 hours but we thoroughly enjoyed our ride.

Awesome bicycle rental place. My family rents bikes hwre every year, and they are one of the best ways to experience Quebec. They also offer guided group bike tours, which I haven't done but am sure are excellent. The staff is very friendly and quick, and will ensure you are satisfied with your bike before you set out. They are conveniently located right across the street from a bike path that goes along the river.

We had a wonderful time with Charlotte and Anne-Marie. We saw parts of town we never otherwise would have seen if we weren't with the group.

Equipment was well maintained. Trip was enjoyable and just the right amount of time.

I had 1.5 days of free time in Quebec City while here for a conference. My most enjoyable time was on the Montmorency bike tour with Cyclo Services. Staff was great, efficient, all working together to get the riders registered and equipped with suitable gear. Bikes were well maintained. Denis, our guide, was excellent. He was conscientious of safety, traffic and keeping a good pace for the entire group. He made a point to interact with all the riders, making us all feel welcome. Denis loves guiding people through this wonderful city!

I rented a road bicycle for a week from Cycle Services. Everyone there was exceptionally pleasant and helpful and at ease with us English speakers. Jean-Marc suggested a ride around Quebec City on both sides of the river before we took off on our Route Verte road trip, including a lunch cafe suggestion, and that was one of the highlights of our week in Quebec. My bicycle rental was a fair price. It was sturdy and as comfortable as my bike at home, and obviously well maintained.
