I came across a used 2018 PRS Custom 24 and was hesitant to buy online sight unseen as I live in Ontario. I emailed the store and corresponded with Jimmy. The pictures and description mentioned minor scratches and nicks, but Jimmy reassured me it was in excellent condition. Three days later it arrived. The case and guitar look like brand new and it was so smooth to play. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to deal with them again. I was hesitant about purchasing a guitar, Norman B50-12, on-line and shipping it across the country to Alberta, without ever putting my hands on the instrument.
