I am very satisfied with the services of Arbois. Both the concierge, Mr. Thomassin, and the manager, Mr. Lépine. They immediately take the problem into account when appropriate and seek a solution or simply correct it.

I lived for 4 years in an Arbois accommodation in Charlesbourg and I have always had excellent service! The block was always very clean and well maintained. When there was a problem with my accommodation, the service was quick and well done. It was a very quiet block with super nice people! I recommend without hesitation!
