I showed up twice at 4:10 pm (which is inside the opening hours displayed) and the door was locked. No answer on the phone. I left two extinguishers for refill and were told they would call me back when it was ready, usually 2-3 days. After 5 days I called and it still hadn't been done. 5 days later I called back and told me they won't do them, it would have cost the same as new ones due to the repairs needed. .. I show up at 4:10 am to buy two new ones .... door locked.

The following week, I got a call from the service manager who personally met me at my job to bring me two new extinguishers. He explained the situation and corrected everything.

I adjusted my review to emphasize the quality of the error resolution service.
