    I had my son's name embroidered on his backpack and pencil case.

    Excellent service and meticulous work. However I would have a little suggestion ...

    Proceed with an order form and order number. So when you call to see if it's ready, you don't have to say "the lunchbox, the backpack, etc.". It would be easier to find each other.

    I think you already do this with businesses so I suggest you do it for individuals as well.
