CPE La Turlute

What positive to say about this daycare! Huguette and Ann at the management are very nice and always there to answer our questions and help. All the educators are professional, gentle and passionate. Children always do great activities / crafts according to the theme of the moment. They go outside every day. The course is exceptional; play modules, swings, cycle path, orchard. They also have a lot of equipment for playing outside such as sleds, snowshoes, bicycles. My children really like this daycare and their educators Marie-Josée, Caroline, Hélène and Isabelle. We are very satisfied!

Hello. This is my first Google Review, but I wanted to share my review with you about the Turlute CPE. I will be brief. Great environment, environment, everything seems perfect, EXCEPT 1, maybe 2 people. I'll explain it to you in a few words. We found out who our child was going to be with and researched that person. Unfortunately, we have received bad feedback from other parents who have had it before. Mixed and in a dilemma to get our boy out of a daycare center whose people are wonderful for this CPE, we decided to call the CPE management to explain the situation to him as politically as possible (nicely). This one, cold, closed and haughty, tells us that she can do nothing. We are surprised by the "tone" she has taken and we change our minds. After confirmation that our wonderful daycare decides to take our boy back, we call back the management of the CPE to announce our decision not to send our boy to his daycare. You should have heard him with his "tone" and his arrogance towards us. Still remaining "politically" polite, we want to explain to her why we were canceling our spot and she didn't want to know anything about the attitude issue of her and the alleged cold educator. She even said it was we who were at fault; I remain polite here. My mark of 3/5 is for the place, the other educators who seem wonderful when we have taken the tour. Have a lovely day everybody.

Not necessarily very objective because my spouse is working there recently. But this CPE seems very popular with users, both children and parents! The site is large with a well-equipped outdoor play area. The building itself is old but well suited for its use.
