Very good customer service.

Only problem, the employee in charge who came to install the windows had to come back to install the moldings around the windows (in the contract, it was expected that he would return later). He raised his voice because he wasn't happy because one of the moldings had a bit more intricate cut and it was taking him longer than he expected. I have been renovating for several months and managed the site myself. He is the least courteous person I have ever known.

The sales service was excellent, the installation well done. Nothing to say about it. So good quality and good sales service, courtesy of installation employees to review.

The service was efficient, prompt and courteous from start to finish. We changed our minds about what we wanted several times and never felt that we were bothering. The quote was sent to us quickly, with affordable prices, the appointment for the installation was fixed quickly and without change (delay) on their part. The installers arrived on time and did a great job. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there was a small billing error at the time of installation, but it was sorted out promptly by the owner. Overall, I am very satisfied!

This is my second experience with Giguère installations. The consultants are very good, the installers are professional. My house did not look too much like a construction site since they protect the house from the dispersion of dust by canvases and plastics. They gave me several tips so that my windows last as long as possible. The prices are very, very reasonable (for shopping quite a lot). No worries with this trade.
