Our experience as a buyer with TerrainDev:
We had a good experience during the buying process and the construction. We had personalized plans to our liking. They were accommodating on several points during construction with regard to issues that are considered beyond their control (procurement, subcontractor and others). In the end, we got everything we wanted for our twin, so we're very satisfied with the job done.

After entering our twin, there was a list of faults to be repaired. They were always courteous in the dealings and made all repairs within six months of taking possession. In addition, their after-sales service (communication, email follow-up and repair times) seems to have improved recently (this was their weak point in my opinion).

Overall it was a positive experience and we would not hesitate to do business with them again.
