Stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Drove in so for us it was in a convenient location with free parking and easy accessibility to many restaurants. About a 15 minute drive/taxi ride to Old Quebec. The free breakfast was nice with basic options like cereals, bread, eggs, fruit and waffles. Unlimited free coffee juice or water all day. Had a Queen Room which was spacious enough. The only downside for us was the beds Were extreamly firm. Great value for the price.
4star cause its really near everything you wanna do...
But some lackings... Like couldnt open windows and it was leaking water inside...
Also i think this hotel found the cheapest toilet paper ever bring your own lol...
But its a really nice hotel
Still staying here and will continue rating as I go. So far I understand I’m in Quebec and English is not the first language, but I feel like I’m wrong when I ask any questions at front desk.. when I booked I must have hit the wrong room and than when I see today you can upgrade for extra fee which I couldn’t understand or read yesterday, she tells me NO’ I can only have done that when I checked in.. I can’t read French so I didn’t know:( I was looking forward to a hot bath and standard rooms only have walk in shower...
Clean affordable rooms. Friendly staff.close to the highway. Continental breakfast is always nice. Overall was very happy.
A few things I would have liked to see is. Daily changes in the breakfast. Was always the same food out every day. To have both French and English brochures in the hotel. Not everyone visiting speaks French. Made it very difficult to find out where things were. Hard to see all that Quebec offers. Could have had a much better experience if all the places we came to see were in English also. We travelled 10 hours to come to the winter carnival. Unfortunately didn't get to enjoy all that the carnival offered. Hopefully this will change in the near future. English information in Quebec is a most.
Great hotel. Everything well thought out and very practical. First hotel i have stayed at with a desktop computer in the room. Lots of choices at breakfast. Nice rooms. All in all great.
