I called Osburn and spoke with a very friendly man (Jack). I asked him if there were heat shields in stock? Our call dropped and Jack called me back in under 10 seconds. When he called back he explained he did not have access to stock info but gave me a phone number to the warehouse and the ext#. I called and got another great guy (missed his name) The ware house guy ask me for the part number. He looked up the part and said we have 13 in stock. I asked about order turn around time. He said once the order is received they pull the stock, and ship, the item goes thru customs and at the end of the day my order would get here in about a week. My experience with Osburn customer service is 5 stars+. I am having my Soho woodstove installed soon. I will post again and provide a review of the product.
