SBI - Stove Builder International inc.

When I went to the Osburns site to post a reyiew on the Osburn 2000 stove it didn't get posted. After reviewing the site I found they only post postive 5 & 4 Star reviews that don't point out flaws. This is very missleading. How can I learn the truth or tell other people of real problems. In the future when I read reviews and they are %100 postive I will do another search to see if Google has some real reviews. I was told by an Osburn rep that the problem was all mine, end of story. I was also told that other people had the same problem and it was indeed only their problem not Osburns. I wish they had posted all of their reviews!

Got an old wood stove off the internet and knew nothing other than it was made by Osburn. Emailed sbi asking for a manual and some info on new door parts. They got back to me the next day with lots of good information and advice on ordering parts. They were very helpful.

I required technical information for the age of a Caddy wood/oil combination furnace for a client. I emailed a request to SBI and received a reply back in less than a day. Eric Moisan thank you for your quick reply. Not just looking after existing customers but promoting possible future customers. Thanks again....
