Subsidized education, languages, vocational, etc.
I can only speak from my experience, I took the "francisation" course (which is more than just "French"). Supposedly this is the course in order to successfully integrate the local society...
The quality could be better. This learning institution has the technology to deliver the education in a better manner, but it seems that the teachers have not been trained to do this.
Still, facilities are nice, and the potential is there for them to be able to deliver an amazing product.
