The Pratico-Pratique products are very interesting. On the other hand, I do not recommend ordering online. I ordered a book for pre-sale at the beginning of July. The official dispatch was on August 11. It was necessary to allow 10 working days for delivery. After this 10 days, not having received the book, I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, the book was now out of stock. I was then informed that the next mailing of this book would take place on September 6th. Again, 10 working days for delivery. Still not received the book, 10 days have passed. I confirmed with customer service that the shipment had indeed taken place and I also confirmed the delivery address. They are unable to provide the package tracking number.
Very disappointing. I see the product which is available in several stores around the house. I plan to request a refund in order to purchase it in store.

I have always had excellent customer service. I love their magazines, bookazines and books.

I love this magazine it talks about various subjects and I like reading no texts or got lost and in the end have understood more .. It's easy to read and also inexpensive the subscriptions.
