(May 10, 2021, 2:01 am)My girlfriend lives in Quebec and I live in Brazil, I bought online and tried to communicate with tem 5 times in Facebook/Instagram and did not get any answers (just an automatic answer), I don't speak French but I called them and tried to ask them to please see facebook because I could use google translate and they didn't understand me but also didn't tried to communicate with me, at some point they just ignored the phone call. It was very frustrating.
The flowers were very beatiful, a great work that would receive 5 stars. But customer service is 1 star.
(November 28, 2020, 1:02 pm)I blindly ordered flowers for a friend because I am from Montreal. Courteous and attentive service. I was not sure what to order and was directed well. I saw a photo of the bouquet delivered (the same day) and it was superb. Thank you. 💐

We are clients for years and we always get great service and this both by phone at the store.
