Following a disaster, the choice of the renovation contractor is not always ours and not the time to ask for references. It was my case.
GAM renovation exceeded my expectations. I tip my hat to Gabriel Chabot for his entrepreneurial professionalism, his thoroughness and his patience.
He made sure he listened to my needs and offered me solutions. He was able to respect the established deadlines and budgets.
In addition, he chose subcontractors who were all courteous, attentive to detail and who did a quality job.
In a time when the scarcity of materials and labor is a challenge, I always felt that he was doing everything in his power to make sure everything ran smoothly.
When work is obligatory and unplanned, the budget is not always there, so it is all the more important to establish a bond of trust and to know that the contractor has at heart that the work are well executed. Thank you GAM…. Satisfied client happy to be in her house again .... almost new !! :)

We called on GAM renovation for our kitchen renovation project which included an intervention in a polluted environment (traces of asbestos in the walls to be knocked down). The quote was clear and everything that was planned was delivered on time. The workers were professional and friendly. Regular monitoring of progress and adjustments according to our modifications during the project were also brilliantly completed.
