I sent a list of technical requirements and the characteristics of the skater...and the skates we received were calibrated by Mr. Francois to absolute perfection around these requirements....and this was evident immediately when the skater put the skates on the ice They were available to respond to our questions throughout the process and delivered as per their promises to us to the smallest detail.
