Bought my car at Prestige in Mtl (1 star at best, never again). My car has been taken care of since then at Porsche Québec. I am always greeted as if I were home at the front desk by Lana or one of her colleague. Whether it’s CPO recert or regular maintenance, most of it has been done with a “customer first” approach with Nicolas and Martin and the great auto mechanic team. My technical advisor, especially Nicolas is nothing short of what the original Porsche spirit (that you generally find in Europe) is about. Meticulous quality output every single time that he take care of my car. He takes the time to listen and explain, always very respectful no matter what your car is and always deliver more than you expect. He is the real deal. Not even one single “white lie” with him. He’s one of the main reason why to this date I’m staying with Porsche, period.

I just want to commend Nicholas and his support team, for the excellent job they did on a recent 111 point, prepurchase inspection for a used Porsche I was looking to buy. Their examination of the vehicle inside and out was very thorough and helped me reach my purchase decision, considering I was located thousands of kilometers away, in a different province. Thank You very much Nicholas!!

The folks here are top notch. Worked with Martin, Nicolas, and Oliver in service. It is great to see a great group of highly passionate folks for a common cause. I will definitely be coming back, highly recommend this location and facility.
