Great customer service by Rubi!

My contractor made a mistake installing a Rubi Saida Thermostatic Valve shower. Beautiful looking unit but the contractor didn't flush the lines and it damaged the thermostatic control. For two years the unit wouldn't keep the water hot.

I reached out to Rubi customer service this year to explain and despite the error at our end, they shipped me a new Thermostatic cartridge under warranty. Swapped it for the damaged unit and the shower is working perfectly.

The cartridge to our faucet started leaking during the first week of Covid 19 pandemic. Obviously most stores were closed. I sent an email to Rubi customer service who responded quickly. In addition they offered to send a new replacement cartridge while their operations are technically shut down. Very much appreciated. Many thanks!

Very attentive and speedy customer service. Products under warranty were replaced at no charge and shipped quickly. Would not hesitate to buy another product from them.
