Great hotel in a great location. Air conditioning. Clean. Comfortable beds.

All right - very good for a motel hotel. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay.

Great service received, both the reception staff as well as the housekeeping are friendly and helpful.
The location is great, very near to food joints and the main activity places.
The room are well kept and clean but small and lacks cabinet space. No kitchenette either. Old school large keys you must carry with you everywhere.

+first off when we arrive at the hotel the staff was very nice and the service was good

+ the hotel it kinda clean on the outside but in the inside could be better

+the room in the back 12-13-14-15 are renovated so it nice but there a big mistake (there is no AC and could be hot )

+ well locate about 3 min from the ferry

+ there is a tv flat screen where you can plug your laptop

+ fridge is available

+ enough parking of everybody but in gravel at some place

+very close to aml the whale cruise

----------now the negative point -----

-room could be cleaner(we even find booger on the wall in the bathroom)

-room very small(even more when you travel with young kids )

-in the room in the back12-13-14-15 there is no AC it kind of a must in quebec but there a fan... if you going bring kids july or august maybe find better solution

-the shower is not really big and the side are narrow so watchout
the pressure in the shower could be better and the temp are hard to setup

- no pool or hot tub

- the wifi connection is not that good I had one bar of signal on my laptop with a signal of -82db
in the bathroom 3 bar on the cellphone with -76db
the connection is from videotron 30mb/s down 30mb/s up

-the reception can be accessible for wheel chair but not all the room

-the restaurant is not open in renovation

***I wish I could give this hotel a 4/5 but it not the case
