Isabelle has been informative, and very patient with all my questions and adjustments along the way (she even gave us local recommendations of where to stay/eat when we drop off the truck to get lift installed) looking forward to working with them going forward:)

(January 11, 2017, 1:54 pm)I rented a discount truck with an RH ladder (RH38D) for our event's decoration. We had lots of light to install outside mostly in the trees and going back and forth from the building. We rent one every year but this year it was the first time we used an RH. WOW! What a world of difference. It was steady, quite fast and I had plenty room in the bucket to take my lights with me. If you have a choice... DON'T hesitate, take the RH one you'll see you won’t be disappointed.
