One Saturday night, my car was stuck in two feet of thick snow on a bumpy road that was not cleared of snow, following a storm. I was unable to move forward 5 feet without getting stuck again. No other snow plow or tugboat wanted to come and rescue me, on the pretext that there was too much snow, that we were outside working hours, that I was outside the covered territory, or when the hour the curfew had passed.

When I was given Cleo's contact and contacted them, they told me they would do anything to find a way out of this mess. A few minutes later, they arrived with the perfect equipment to save me (see photo). They pulled me over a mile on the plowed road because my wheels were spinning in a vacuum at every point on the road.

Even though they were my only option and knew full well that I would have paid anything for their service, they charged me a very reasonable price. All in all, they have won a loyal customer that they will not lose anytime soon!
