I had an urgent situation in my home that required immediate repairs to the outside. Jay from Lanthier and Beatty Construction immediately stepped in to help. He put me in contact with the right person and by Saturday the problem had been Solved. An urgent situation that needed immediate care was fixed in less than 24 hours during one of our colder winter days. What began as a very stressful issue was resolved because of the quick response of Jay. I cannot thank you enough for helping out. Jay is not only professional, but most helpful and kind.

From calling Brian to letting him know what was happening, to calm me down with water pouring from the ceiling and walking me through the steps on what to do until he came to look at the problem.
