Excellent pre and post sales service, Ken takes great care of his customers.
He is very professional and it seems he knows what he is doing!
During installation and it does not waste time. The quality of the installation is excellent, I compare it here to other installer that I have encountered in the past.
It is meticulous and takes the time to make a quality finish with the wiring instead of throwing it under the crankset like many other installers do.
Also, I had a broken throttle on the Python starter I had provided for it.
He is voluntarily offered to speak to his supplier and try to get me a replacement. A few months later, he comes back to me with a controller.
I go to the garage, he does the programming and does not ask for anything in return.
So it was the least I could do to leave him that advice.

Today Ken installed in my new 2020 Toyota Camry Viper remote starter! This is my fifth remote starter installed by Ken! I never had any issues! He is fast installed within 60mins! I can only recommend him!!
