Been coming to this gym for over a month now and its going really well. Staff is friendly and they have more than enough machines for everyone

This place makes me feel like las vegas. Super clean, they clean it every couple of hours. Variety of spaces and rooms. Ton of workout inspirations. I love the pool. I swim often. It's never too crowded, I guess because the place is big. They might have tacky decor but it brings a charm. All machines are high quality and the registration is very affordable. Cheaper than most places I've been.

This place is huge. Multiple rooms of
High grade gym equipment. Full facility of fitness, heavy weight, cardio, tennis, fitness and yoga courses and pool. And the price is very competitive, cheaper than major gyms. Yes it is further than the usual montrealer, but if you are in the area so worth your subscription.

It's very nice place to go when you want to have a good time with your friends or family, a very nice gym has a lot of exercise machines, and the spa is cool and nice and calm
