She told me that there was just a small part to change and not the complete closure (not the price price at all). She did it in 5 minutes and charged me $5. I really appreciated his honesty, I highly recommend and I will definitely go back.

(July 21, 2017, 12:32 pm)EEEExcellent! I went to the shopping mall's cordonnier before, poor workmanship and price is a big RIP off. So glad to find close by this little gentleman. He looks like one of those cute little grandpa you read in fairy tale, but what's most impressive is the quality of his work and his price is sooo much cheaper than the one in the shopping mall close by. My whole family go to little Cordonnier now. I hope he will live forever :) His place is next to the Chinese restaurant.
