Took 45 minutes to get a poutine and hot dogs a Sunday at around 1pm. Hearing then talking, they were low staff and the kitchen couldn't keep up. However, looks like an isolated case as I went previously and it was ok. I definitely recommend their poutine with specifically the bbq sauce, it's delicious!

The person in the service was really nice and warm and very pleasant, there is an error in our order and this was corrected immediately. As for Putin and other dishes the chips are much too big and was not cooked well so the poutine was rather ok but not great we took the barbecue sauce maybe another sauce would have been better and given that they are famous,
