I found the services offered by Electro - Experts to be professional and very helpful. The technician took his time to explain the problem to me and what we could do. He also called before he arrived making sure i was at home. The first i wasnt home and had to reschedule. Overall i was quite satisfied with the service.

First of all, the receptionist for the reservation desk was so kind and thoughtful. I’ve been waiting for the parts about 3 weeks, and when the part arrived, she gave me a call to arrange the next appointment. It was a very surprise and pleasant call. Electro Expert try to give me an earliest possible service date due to the waiting period for the parts. When the technician was at my place, they are so patient and kind to resolve my washing machine issues. They worked hard and listen on behalf of the customers. I strongly recommend this company service to anybody. Thank you again.
