It's a wow
The inventor of the product, the owner helped me with my bicycle box, even though it had been purchased on a sales site a few weeks before.
He showed me how to properly fit my e-bikes, which by the way are very big. He also adjusted my trunk securely on the hitch.
Service as we see little.
In addition, he had an appointment outside scheduled, he still took the time.
