I am sure once they have more money they will fix the carpet/ceiling: it can be very hard to start a new business.
In all genuine concern, I would give an advise to the owners please :)
You can buy cheap sets of cutleries at Dollarama for you to start with, I am sure in the long run it will be less pricy than spending your money on Styrofoam to only throw them away.
I do not mean to insult, I genuinely want to help. :)
I would eat there again.
The server was kind and spoke a bit of French (which is hard to learn but not as much as Chinese I am certain), but mostly English. I have no complain there either.

The restaurant is newly opened so they are still working out the bugs with counter staff, inventory etc. Patience is required.
